Beddington Heights

Beddington Heights is a 1970s family community in Calgary's north, built along the ravines above Nose Creek. Its crescents of single-family homes and townhome complexes sit around Beddington Towne Centre's shops, and the ravine pathway system runs through the middle of the district — off-leash parks, ball diamonds and winter toboggan hills included.

Beddington Boulevard and 14 Street NW split the commute both ways, Centre Street's bus corridor runs its east side, and Nose Hill Park is a short drive west. Beddington has stayed a value stronghold: full-size family homes on mature lots at prices that undercut both the newer suburbs further out and the infill districts closer in.
