Kelvin Grove

Kelvin Grove is an established residential neighbourhood in southwest Calgary, set between Glenmore Trail and Heritage Drive near the Glenmore Reservoir. Developed largely in the 1960s and 1970s, it offers a mix of bungalows, split-levels, and two-storey family homes, many on generous lots, alongside townhouses and low-rise condominiums. Mature trees, quiet streets, and nearby green spaces give the community a calm, established character. Residents enjoy easy access to the reservoir's parks and pathways, plus everyday shopping and services along nearby corridors. Kelvin Grove suits families, professionals, and buyers seeking value in the southwest with room to grow. Commuting is convenient, with Glenmore Trail and Macleod Trail providing quick routes to downtown and across the city. For buyers looking for an affordable, well-connected community with a relaxed feel, Kelvin Grove is a great place to start.
